Full Time RV Living

In this day of harder economic times living full time in an RV might be just the economic adjustment that would make life easier on the pocketbook.  We have found that many people that we have met on the road have decided to do this very thing.  They are living in trailers, Class A and Class B motorhomes and are very happy.  It's easier to travel to that new job too because you have you're home already packed and ready to go.
You can find good deals on used motorhomes by looking in the classifieds and buying either a repo or from an individual. Going through RV Dealers is not bad, but we found it to be a little more expensive.  The good thing is that they usually have gone through the motorhome and fixed things or will fix things before you drive it off the lot. So when you buy look for low mileage on both motor and generator, look carefully at the wear on the interior, and take it to an RV service mechanic to check out the undercarriage, levelers, waterheater, air conditioner, heater, slideouts, all electronic equipment and MOST important is checking for weather cracks in the tires.
The last 2 motorhomes we purchased were used.  The Fleetwood Bounder we bought was from an RV Dealer and our Fleetwood PaceArrow was purchased from an individual.  We looked up the motorhome value in the RV/Motorhome Blue Book before we started negotiations.

Rv living is a great way of life see you on the road
